LVCBS Jack Novak has been a Business Broker in Las Vegas since 1996. Prior to co-founding LVCBS Inc., he was Corporate Broker at Wardley Business Specialists from June 2002 until Aug 2005.

Jack has extensive background in Business Management and Operations as President of a large mid-west electrical contracting company, President of a national electrical engineering firm and also President and CEO of an International Trade Association in the Marine industry. He has successfully facilitated both union and non-union bargaining agreements for contractors in the construction trades and has 8 years experience directing and managing commercial property facilities. He has also aided in the design and personally supervised the construction and installation of a top-secret communications system for the US Air Force, Pacific Fleet.

Jack served as President of the Chamber of Commerce for a Twin Cities Chapter where he promoted the best interests of business at the White House in Washington DC under the Bush-Reagan administration.

Jack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Business Communications and with a Minor in pre-Law.

LVCBS Galit Kimerling is a former attorney with an extensive international background. She was born in New York City, and has worked and resided in the USA, Europe and Israel.

Galit has a unique combination of legal and marketing experience. After earning a law degree from Warwick University in England, she went on to practice at one of the top Law Firms in Israel. Thereafter, she lead market expansion in the USA for an international communications company and represented the company in multiple transactions, trade shows, etc. Galit has extensive training in Commercial Real Estate from the Lied Institute at UNLV and the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

LVCBS Gul Gazipura, co-founder of LVCBS Inc., started as a Business Broker in June 2005. He lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for 27 years prior to moving to the Las Vegas area in March 2004. Gul has been in the RF and Microwave industry ( high frequency electronics) since 1977. He has 27 years experience in high tech sales and marketing and business operations along with 6 years as analog design engineer and disk/tape drive technician while pursuing his college education.

After working in Silicon Valley (1977 through 1984) for Hewlett Packard and Avantek (both now Agilent) he founded two US companies in the RF and Microwave components field. An International Sales and Marketing company in 1984 and a Manufacturing company in 1994 (acquired by a public company in Dec 2000). Gul currently has minority interests in and is on the Board of companies he founded in Morgan Hill, California and in Taiwan and China.

Gul has a BSEE and an MBA in International Business.

LVCBS Bob arrived in Las Vegas from New Jersey with a 30 year stopover in Minnesota. On the way he received his Bachelors, Masters and completed his PhD. in food sciences; also completing studies in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. During that trip he worked as an egg candler, a chef in an Italian restaurant (didn't have to toss the crust of the pizza in the air), research scientist (about 100 patents ranging from toothpaste to sterilants to shower products for NASA astronauts), directing biomedical research, and was CEO of a multimillion dollar company. In his off hours (read volunteer) he was Civil Defense Director for radiation safety and measurement, Director of Fish (a county service volunteer agency finding and providing assistance for temporary aid), and an officer in the Civil Air Patrol in New Jersey. In Minnesota (as well as New Jersey) he was music director, choir director, organist for churches and theaters. He started and ran a specialty farm producing you pick blueberries, strawberries and fresh geese for the holiday markets (the largest fresh goose producer in the United States and, yes, this did include greasing the tractors and catching thousands and thousands of geese). Most importantly, he met and persuaded Diane to marry him - she seems sane other than that - and is enjoying living in Southern Nevada.

Kathy R. Smith Kathy is a native Nevadan with strong roots throughout the state. Kathy purchased a local civil engineering firm in Las Vegas in 1996 and ran the day to day operations as President. Expanding services and the client base resulted in a successful 2004 acquisition by a National Multifaceted Engineering Firm on the New York Stock Exchange. This acquisition was made possible by her personal relationships, business connections and reputation of being technically and financially solid.
